This exciting news comes fresh from Summer Game Fest, where we previously expected the live stream to happen before the event. However, the wait is now just a few days, with the stream happening in less than two weeks.

The first Dune: Awakening Direct, nearly half an hour long, featured the “Survive Arrakis” trailer, an insightful behind-the-scenes video, and engaging developer Q&As. Following in its footsteps, Episode 2 promises to delve deeper into the game’s alternative timeline and other soon-to-be-announced topics. This narrative direction was just showcased in the new “The Vision of Paul Atreides” trailer at Summer Game Fest.
Funcom has confirmed that no gameplay will be shown in the second episode, but will be revealed at Gamescom instead.
Once again, Soe Gschwind will host the event, using her charisma and expertise to guide viewers through the exciting revelations.
